Arjun Kapoor is working on the movie Half Girlfriend and his uncle, the evergreen, energetic actor, Anil Kapoor is currently working on his Television show ’24 season 2’. Both of them are going to share the screen for the first time. Audiences will get to see them together in Anees Bazmee’s next movie "Mubarakan".

Arjun Kapoor will be seen in a double role and so, he will be romancing two actresses. Although the names are not officially announced, but it is being said by the sources that those two lucky actresses would be Athiya Shetty and Amy Jackson. The rumour also suggests that the ‘Barfi’ girl Ileana D’Cruz would be seen in the movie. The movie is going to be a comedy one. It is about an Indian wedding and according to sources, three actresses have been finalized. Anil Kapoor will be seen playing a Sikh character in the entire movie Mubarakan. Talking about traditional characters, Padmavati sets an example of Rajasthani culture. It'll be surely interesting to check the Padmavati collection, after releasing on 1st December, 2017.

Real life Uncle-Nephew ‘jodi’ Anil Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor will be soon seen as the Uncle-Nephew (chacha-bhatija) in the film too. The story of Mubarakan movie is revealed. Arjun would play an eligible bachelor who is confused between two beautiful girls. Both of them want to marry the boy. Arjun then consults his uncle, played by Anil, who guides him as a love guru and help him choose between the two. The uncle-nephew Jodi would definitely bring joy among the audience.

The movie is to be produced by Sony Pictures. Anil has previously been in collaboration with Anees Bazmee in his hits No entry, Welcome and Welcome Back. It would be exciting to see Anil Kapoor with his perfect comic timing. The Mubarakan movie is scheduled to be released this year July, 2017 itself. The accurate release date is not officially announced till now.
